Glacial Multimedia Inc. Participates in 2009 Maine Children's Cancer Program Fundraiser Walk

On Saturday, September 19th, 2009, Glacial Multimedia participated for the Maine Children's Cancer Program 2009 Walk. The walk started at approximately 9am and was attended by various greater Portland area students, business professionals, high school athletic teams and other generous citizens. Glacial Multimedia Inc. client, Spectrum Medical also organized a team led by Terry Judkins. Having the opportunity to support this great cause is well worth the time. The event showcased a series of past walk going back to the 1980's. T-shirts from all the years events were present and really emphasized just how far this cause has come. In fact the walk at Payson Park was one of 7 walks across the state this weekend.
Maine Children's Cancer Program was specifically organized to help the children and their families during entire cancer journey. Cancer can be difficult on all members of a family and this program has helped thousands of Maine families over the years. Today's treatment center is truly a special place where the children now get the highest quality medical care to deal with their type of cancer.
