Just as life was starting to get cold in Maine I decided it was time to visit some of our very dedicated clients in the Miami area. I was enthusiastic with the warm welcome of the sunny Florida weather and the positive attitudes of the eye care practices that I visited this week in Florida. The week started out with visiting Center for Excellence in Eye Care of Miami located in the Baptist Medical Center. Angela Hatfield and the group of doctors worked with us to pinpoint designs that would meet both the practice reputation and goals for creating a better patient experience. Angela Hatfield and William Trattler MD will be among the centers team members that will work directly with Glacial Multimedia. Next stop was up the coast in Jupiter, Florida to visit Monroe Benaim, MD. Dr. Benaim's new practice is focusing on cataract surgery, refractive lens implants and LASIK eye surgery. A new ophthalmology website for his practice is slated for a launch by Mid October.

Later in the same day we had the fortunate experience of meeting with an amazing pediatric ophthalmologist, Dr. Scott Cardone. Dr. Cardone and administrator Karen Boving developed an ophthalmology website in 2006 with Glacial Multimedia and have been engaged with SEO since then. We found the hospital to be quite amazing as it took us over 30 minutes to get from the parking lot to the eye care office. Last visit of the day ended in Boca Raton in the practice of Richard Cohen, MD who was recently named one of Florida's TOP ophthalmologists. As usual Dr. Cohen was in good spirits and just finishing up his busy surgery day. The practice of Dr. Richard Cohen can be described as very modern and well organized. All of his staff members were a pleasure to work with! I has never been to Boca Raton, Florida before and I found this area to be a very pleasant place to work. Can anyone tell me why I feel so much better in warm weather?
