A New York ophthalmologist was recruited by the producer and was interviewed on camera. The doctor has informed the ASCRS that he felt blindsided by Dr. Oz and his staff. Upon viewing the segment, it is clear that Dr. Oz presents inaccurate and misleading information about the risks and benefits of LASIK surgery.
