Glacial Multimedia and Google Presenting at AECOS Summer Symposium 2015

Spenser Pontbriand and Karen Dobkowski of Glacial Multimedia will be participating in the AECOS Summer Symposium meeting in Park City, Utah this coming weekend. This dynamic meeting, held annually for the past four years in Deer Valley, Utah, has expanded to incorporate a series of extensive, peer-to-peer case discussion sessions. These sessions focus on a variety of topics including pharmaceutical interventions for managing difficult cases of cataract and refractive surgery, dry eye management, and Micro-Invasive Glaucoma Surgery. These intense, panel-led discussions will continue to appear throughout the program for the 2015 AECOS Summer Symposium at Deer Valley in Park City.

New to the symposium is an Internet marketing focused event that will include the experts at Glacial Multimedia as well as Google personnel. Google will address the ZMOT (Zero Moment of Truth) which is critical to patient procedure decision making. Spenser Pontbriand, our Google certified AdWords expert, will take the stage with Google and deliver ophthalmology specific data regarding his synopsis of numerous practices. Google AdWords can be a very productive digital marketing tool for eye care practices if managed and executed correctly. Spenser will share best practices that can turn a campaign around and get practices to become a well-oiled SEM machine.

Varying financing companies, Internet marketing groups, and Google all have their eyes on ZMOT and a path to purchase for LASIK eye surgery candidates. Reducing purchasing anxieties and answering the needs of consumers will be at the forefront of study this year so that we can continue to help practices enhance procedure volume.
